We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Web / Interaction Designer to join the team.

We’re seeking an experienced, talented and motivated full time Web/Interactive Designer. Qualified candidates will have a background in modern web development, traditional design is a big plus. You will be responsible for the conceptualizing and producing cutting edge, modern design for clients and projects, in and outside Poland. In addition to technical, design, and project management skills, candidates must work well with tight deadlines and multiple projects. Must be able to be lead web/interactive design on multiple projects from start to delivery.

Work-flow: Client request, idea, brainstorm, design… you play along with the Creative Director, design proposal, acceptance, you create design in to code with programmers, testing, we keep deadlines, we all together deliver killer solutions!

Requirements:
*Experience in Web development, interactive media, and/or graphic design.
* Working knowledge in UNIX, PHP, AJAX, CSS, JQuery, Java-scripting, HTML, CSS, XML, XHTML, Actionscript, etc, and content management systems such as Drupal.
*min 4 year related experience, including developing and managing Internet services or electronic content. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
*Familiarity with streaming media, video/audio; editing; Flash programming experience.

If you play following:

Object-oriented PHP
Object-oriented design
Design Patterns, Extensive experience working with OO frameworks like Zend Framework (experience with the Konstrukt framework is highly appreciated)
Separating the PHP application into different layers like data layer, business layer, controller layer and presentation layer
Object-oriented Javascript (we mainly use jQuery)
Experience in developing rich GUI’s with Javascript (drag n drop etc)
Separating HTML/CSS/Javascript to the highest possible extent, not mixing structure (HTML) with presentation (CSS) and behavior (Javascript)
Relational database design (we use MySQL, but are also interested in PgSQL).

If you also play Django and Python as Chopin played the piano, you are one of us!

Fluent in English is a plus. Any knowledge in Swedish big plus!
